Refund policy

Halo & Horns does not offer refunds or returns of product that has been opened or where a shipment does not reach the recipient where the address provided was accurate and correct and tracking confirms successfully delivered to said address. If no tracking option is provided, Halo & Horns will refund and / or allow returns.  Returns will be at the expense of the purchaser and any refunds will be on the purchase price only.
